Let's Get ReaL?

Love just isn't a four letter word that's written on: postcards, notebooks or t-shirts. It's how you value the person you proves to love, respect and/or apparently forgive their silly mistake ...

Let's get more real when it comes to love? If the man or woman you love is dealing with some serious and unexpected issues, do you rush to your knees, aid them in prayer or do you go "A Wall" and join th
e crowd that's tearing him or her down? Did you know that this is what the bible suggest when it comes to love?

Galatians 5:22-23 (NCV) - But the Spirit produces the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23. gentleness, self-control. There is no law that says these things are wrong.

Which tree are you picking your fruit from?

Secrets shouldn't Exist!

The foundation to a loving and successful relationship is called trust ... Without trust, it's likely that a couple won't make it past 2 to 3 mouths. Statistic also show that couples that tend to withhold information from each other are only building endless walls of sorrow and unnecessary misunderstandings ...

Think about this before you confide more in a friend instead of the person your dating, engaged to or plan on marrying in the future ...

Proverbs 4:23 (NCV) - Be careful what you think, because your thoughts run your life.

PONDER THIS?

Introduce Jesus Christ into your life's, sprinkle a dab of love, respect, forgiveness and oh yes, trust ...

1 John 4:18 (NCV)  - Where God’s love is, there is no fear, because God’s perfect love drives out fear. It is punishment that makes a person fear, so love is not made perfect in the person who fears.

Blessings,

Moving In

My GEM of a husband and I are always talking about how its a pity that the words Moving In has such a different definition from when we were kids.

In the past, the neighbors that lived in the neighborhood for a longer period of time would introduce themselves to the new families that entered the community. For example, they'd invite the new families for a cup of coffee and a slice of apple pie. Or they'd accompany their kids in order to meet the new neighbors son or daughter and happily share a little parental advice regarding the school systems, teachers and other teen activities in the neighborhood.

We're writing all of this because yesterday we saw a new family Moving In and everyone acted like they didn't care. Moving In, the process is the same; however the way people react, has definitely changed. What a shame that society has forgotten this ...

John 13:34 (NLT) - So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.

With this we'd like to conclude, have a Terrific Tuesday everyone ...

Blessings,
